Refund & Cancellation Policy
What happens if you need to cancel.
Before work starts
You may cancel a service order before work begins. Contact us by email and we will confirm any refund in writing.
After work starts
Once work has begun, refunds are assessed based on work already completed and costs already incurred.
Billboard bookings
Billboard costs paid to media owners, printing and installation may not be refundable once committed. Any such terms are stated in your quotation before payment.
How to request
Email us with your name, order details and reason. Exact cancellation terms will be set out in each quotation.
